We believe that custom reports are necessary to provide adequate information about your home inspection; we do not use any software or third parties to generate our reports. All of our reports are written in-house by a licensed and qualified home inspector. When using the assessment to make a decision about a property, remember that all properties have problems. We identify what the issues are, why they are a problem, and what should be done to solve them. Our high-quality digital reports lead the industry in quality, readability, meaningful information, and value. In addition to our personal commitment to quality, all of our written assessments follow the Standards of Practice of the International Association of Home and Property Inspectors.
